What & who

What is Kabal?

Kabal is an autonomous multi-agent AI trading squad for Solana memecoins. Eight specialized agents coordinate via an event bus — research, trading, risk, learning — with a 3-tier safety architecture. Think Bloomberg Terminal meets the jungle.

Read the manifesto or see the squad.

Who is it for?

Three cohorts:

Active traders — who want a squad that runs 24/7 with proper risk gates, not a single "AI bot" that rugs them.

Passive allocators — who want Solana memecoin exposure without babysitting, via pooled vaults.

Angel investors — the HNW Singapore cohort and founder round.

Why eight agents instead of one?

Because every single "AI trader" that runs as one monolithic model eventually rugs when markets shift. We split the problem: Vision filters, Bumble watches whales, four traders run different strategies (breakout / scalp / narrative / trending), Sentinel enforces risk, Librarian learns. Each one is simple + auditable. The squad is robust because no single agent can sink it.

Money & risk

How does Kabal make money?

Two revenue streams:

Pro subscriptions — $500/mo, gives you your own session with your own agent squad + vault. Minimum is $500/mo because we're not commoditizing a $99 chatbot.

Vault performance fees — 10-20% on vault net gains (Hyperliquid-vault style).

Plus Founder Pass ($500-1000 lifetime, rebates on vault fees). No subscription lock-in at the lower tiers.

What's the paper track record?

V.0 "Carillo session" baseline on pump.fun paper: 294 trades, 44% win rate, +54.66 SOL net over 7 sessions (2026-03-31 → 04-06).

Live data on live.kabal.trade. Full breakdown on /performance/.

Paper ≠ live. We expect live to be 60-70% of paper for the first months while we calibrate execution slippage. First live trader (Reaver, tightest TP/SL) ships when our KKM (Kabal Kash Machine) endpoint is ready.

What's the worst-case risk?

Hard rails that protect clients:

Per-trade cap: 0.02 SOL in cold-start, 0.05 SOL thereafter. Nothing above.

Daily trade count cap: 5 buys per UTC day during burn-in.

Rug avalanche kill switch: if ≥5 tokens hit ≤-50% PnL in 1h, Sentinel halts all four traders in under 1 second.

Daily drawdown halt: if cumulative daily PnL crosses -5%, Aegis pauses.

Every trade posts an on-chain memo. Audit trail is public and permanent.

Tech

What's under the hood?

TypeScript on Node. Solana via Helius (enhanced tx) + Birdeye (price data). Execution via KKM (Kabal Kash Machine) API — our own Telegram bot, co-built with Nabaak, serving as execution gateway + free-tier copy-trading distribution. Paper ledger in SQLite; client plane in Supabase; assets in Cloudflare R2. Claude (Anthropic) for prompt composition and asset scoring. Frontend is vanilla HTML + React via CDN — no build step, no webpack — because static beats brittle.

Is it open source?

Not yet. We'll open-source the knowledge docs + the Kredo + parts of the UX system. The trading brain stays private while we're figuring out what's IP and what's commodity. Expect a partial MIT release mid-2026 post-first-live-cutover.

Business

Are you raising?

Yes — small angel round. First-cohort investors get a Founder Pass + vault fee rebate. Check the HNW Singapore deck and angel.kabal.trade.

What's the 12-month roadmap?

Q2 2026: live cutover (Reaver first), 72h burn-in, then squad goes live.

Q3 2026: Vaults (Solana) · Pro tier GA · Singapore HNW cohort onboarded.

Q4 2026: Farm mode (RWA yield) · Kelly sizer from 2y simulator · Bandit auto-rebalance weights.

2027: Cross-chain expansion · Polymarket + Hyperliquid read-only feeds · Telegram viral loop · Copy-my-agent marketplace.

Full plan: MASTER_PLAN_v2.

Misc

Why Cinzel? Why gold? Why "the jungle"?

Because crypto dashboards are commoditized Bloomberg clones. Kabal is a lieu, not a dashboard. Cinzel says "ritual, weight, permanence." Gold says "hunt, reward, patience." The jungle says "the market has its own laws and you learn them or you don't."

The Kredo (/manifesto/) is the voice behind it all.

Is this safe for my money?

In paper: yes. In live: don't use money you cannot afford to lose. Solana memecoins are volatile. Our rails cap the blast radius but they cannot eliminate it. Start with the vault (pooled, lower volatility) if you want passive exposure. Pro mode is for active traders who understand memecoin risk.

What is "The Council"?

A narrative LLM commentary layer above the trading squad. 5 voices — Sage, Hawk, Beacon, Crow, Echo — argue about every trade the squad opens. They don't execute, they don't block, Sentinel remains the only veto. See /council/ for the live demo. Ships Q3 2026.

What's "Commander Mode"?

A Tesla-style control framework in Pro. Pick what you want to own (entries, exits, sizing, filters), rest stays on auto. Three presets (Autopilot / Copilot / Commander) + per-field fine-tune. Interactive mockup at /commander/. Ships Q3 2026.

Farm mode — memecoins meets RWA?

Farm is the stable-yield extension next to the memecoin Vault. Same memo trail, completely different instruments — tokenized T-bills, stablecoin lending rates, credit-market RWA, liquid staking buffer. Target 6-11% APR SOL-denominated. Details at /farm/. Ships Q4 2026.

Can I publish my own trading agent?

2027. Signal marketplace: ship a signal agent through the Kabal framework, pass a 30-day paper baseline, list with your own fee schedule, earn a cut of subscribers' realized PnL. Sentinel still governs every subscribed trade — you publish logic, never exposure. Mock marketplace at /signals/.
