The Council

A narrative LLM commentary layer that sits above the trading squad. Five voices argue over every trade the moment it prints. They don't decide. They don't execute. They watch, judge, and color the play-by-play.

Status. Concept page. The Council is not yet wired into the live squad. This page previews the UX so we can feel the rhythm before building the backend. Full spec at admin/COUNCIL_CONCEPT.md. Ship target: Q3 2026 after live cutover.

The Council speaks

S
Sage Tape reader Bullish
Volume profile's clean. Ask-stack is thin above $55k mcap — Reaver caught the inflection before the bid wall formed. This is a textbook entry.
Confidence 72%+420ms
H
Hawk On-chain analyst Bullish
Deployer's got 38 days of history, zero rugs, three clean ships. Bundle signature is distributed — no sniper clustering in the first 12 blocks. Green from my desk.
Confidence 81%+680ms
B
Beacon Narrative trader Hype
PEPU tag is trending on CT — 1.2k mentions in the last hour. Frog-season is back, degen attention is rotating out of dog-coin fatigue. If this holds $60k mcap for 8 min it runs to $200k.
Confidence 64%+920ms
C
Crow Contrarian Warning
Three counterpoints. One — attention like this fades in 11 min on average. Two — top holder owns 4.2%, that's a cliff waiting. Three — Reaver's win-rate on PUMP_PHASE entries drops to 31% when IV rank is this high. I'd tighten the trail to 8%.
Confidence 58%+1150ms
E
Echo Aggregator Consensus
3 bullish, 1 warning. Sentinel cleared. Kelly size was 0.5 SOL, executed. Council mood score +0.54 (moderately constructive). Crow's IV concern is logged against Librarian for the post-mortem.
Summary · 1340msMood +0.54
Hard rule
The Council does not block trades. Not a risk gate. Not a signal. Sentinel is the only veto in the pipeline. The Council is the commentary booth — not the referee.

The Roster

S
Sage
Tape reader
Old-school quant. Volume profile, bid-stack, market microstructure. Skeptical of momentum without flow to back it.
H
Hawk
On-chain
Reads contracts before prices. Deployer history, bundle signatures, LP locks, rug patterns. Kabal's on-chain bloodhound.
B
Beacon
Narrative
Cultural zeitgeist. Twitter attention, memecoin seasons, tribal rotations. Sees the banger before the chart does.
C
Crow
Contrarian
Always finds the reason to fade. Not a bear — a stress-tester. Keeps the squad honest when consensus gets loud.
E
Echo
Aggregator
Speaks last. Summarizes consensus, flags disagreement, computes the Council mood score for the post-mortem.

How it fits

1
Trader fires
Reaver, Ash, Myth or Ravage executes a trade. Full pipeline runs in under a second. Nothing waits on the Council.
2
Bus publishes POSITION_OPENED
The same event the UI listens to, the Council subscribes to. Trade context (token, deployer, LP, volume, mcap) gets bundled into the Council prompt.
3
Five Haiku calls in parallel
Sage / Hawk / Beacon / Crow each get their persona + the trade context. Haiku 4.5, ~200ms each, batched. Echo runs last with the four opinions.
4
Opinions stream to UI + Telegram + Share
Real-time Supabase subscribe. Opinions appear in Mission Control, Fun mode NPCs, Telegram mini-app push, and shareable Council Verdict cards.
5
Librarian reconciles
On position-close, Librarian matches outcome against Council predictions. Who called it? Who fade-called correctly? Scoreboard builds over time.

Cost

5 Haiku 4.5 calls per trade. Avg 300 input + 60 output tokens per call. ~$0.001 per trade. V.0 baseline of 40 trades/session puts the Council at 4¢ per session. Negligible.
