About · Kabal

We built a squad because humans tilt.

Eight agents. One memory. Zero chat UI. Kabal is what happens when you stop asking an LLM "should I buy?" and start letting a disciplined cast of specialists trade the chain for you.

The problem

Solana memecoin launches go from 0 to $50M market cap in minutes. No human reads bundles, deployer history, LP lock status, sniper clusters, and ghost-filters the launch in under 3 seconds. And even the humans that try eventually get tilted — revenge-buying, oversizing, sleeping through the one trade that actually mattered.

The first-generation "AI trading bots" are glorified chatbots with a wallet attached. One LLM. One prompt. One fat vibe check. They hallucinate, they drift, they freeze.

Our answer

Kabal is a multi-agent squad, not a chatbot. Each agent owns a tight responsibility — Bumble screens launches, Vision reads narratives, four traders (Reaver, Ash, Myth, Ravage) each run a distinct strategy, Sentinel vetoes trades that break the risk contract, and Librarian logs every outcome into memory so the whole squad gets smarter overnight.

Events flow through a typed bus. Three tiers of risk checks fire before any transaction. Every trade — paper or live — posts an SPL Memo proof on chain. No LLM improv in the hot path.

"The ultimate unfair advantage isn't more alpha. It's a squad that never blinks, never sleeps, never revenge-buys, and writes everything it learns back into shared memory." — Kabal Kredo, stanza 4

V.0 Carillo — the paper proof

Before we touched live capital, we ran a 7-session paper baseline on real pump.fun data (March 31 → April 6, 2026). The squad executed 294 trades at 44% win-rate for a cumulative +54.66 SOL PnL — with no human intervention, no prompt engineering mid-session, no manual overrides.

Paper mode. Real chain data. The full log lives at /performance — every trade, every token, every exit. Preserved as the calibration baseline for V.1 live.

Who this is for

Degens who want discipline without giving up the degen. Operators who want a squad they can sleep through. HNW allocators who want an AI-native exposure that can actually show a transaction log. Researchers who want to watch eight agents coordinate without a human in the loop.

If you've been burned by "AI hedge fund" PDFs, you'll like this. We show the code. We show the trades. We show the losses. The squad has names and knowledge files you can read.

Why "Kabal"

A kabal is a small band that moves together. Not a crowd. Not a DAO. Not a bot farm. Eight specialists, one memory, one pact. Jungle black, gold, and the discipline of a pack that hunts silent.

"The jungle doesn't reward the loudest. It rewards the ones who move at night, share their memory, and never break the pact." — Kabal Kredo, stanza 1

What's next

First live trade with Reaver (capped at 0.02 SOL) as soon as our KKM (Kabal Kash Machine) endpoint is green. Full squad live after 72h burn-in. Vault tiers open to the Singapore cohort in Q3. Partial open-source of the Kabal stack in 2027.

Updated when milestones ship or slip. See /roadmap for the full timeline.
